Shipping conditions

Orders in the SPW online store are (currently) only possible for customers within Germany and from other EU countries. For orders from outside the European Union and from third countries, please contact us:

DHL - large letter within Germany (up to 0,5 kilos):

  • Up to 0,4999 kg = 1,60 €

(Only a certain selection of small parts up to max. height of 2 cm; for example screws, grease nipples, shaft seals. Anodes are excluded from "DHL large letter", this will be shipped by DHL parcel)

DHL - Warenpost international within other EU countries (up to 0.5 kilos):

(excluding Faroe Islands, Greenland, Aland Islands, Greece: Mount Athos, Livigno and Campione d'Italia, Netherlands: non-European territories, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

  • Up to 0,4999 kg = 8,50 €  

(Only a certain selection of small parts up to max. height of 10 cm; for example screws, grease nipples, shaft seals. Anodes are excluded from "DHL Warenpost international", this will be shipped by DHL parcel)

DHL parcel within Germany (up to 31.5 kg):

  • Up to 5.0 kg = 7,99 €
  • Up to 10.0 kg = 10,49 €
  • Up to 31.5 kg = 16,93 €

DHL parcel to the European Union (up to 31.5 kg):

(Excludet are propeller shafts and following countries: Faroe Islands, Greenland, Aland Islands, Greece: Mount Athos, Livigno and Campione d'Italia, Netherlands: non-European territories, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

  • Up to 5.0 kg = 17,99 €
  • Up to 10.0 kg = 22,99 €
  • Up to 20.0 kg = 33,99 €
  • Up to 31.5 kg = 46,99 €

Propeller shipping:

Our propellers are each shipped in a robust carton in a propeller base, for which the following packaging costs apply:

Model VARIPROP GP-80 and GP-107 for 2-, 3- and 4-blade: packaging dimensions = 520 x 520 x 240 mm = 29,16 €
Model VARIPROP GP-112 and GP-128 for 3- and 4-blade: packaging dimensions = 580 x 580 x 300 mm / 630 x 630 x 370 = 38,35 €

The shipping costs are based on the total weight of the ordered goods and will be displayed (including propeller packaging costs, if required) at the end of the order process.

If the total weight exceeds the DHL maximum weight of 31.5 kg, it will not be technically possible to complete the order (an error message will be displayed). In this case, please contact us and we will find a way to solve the problem.

Shipment of the propeller shafts:

The shipment for our propeller-shafts in our onlineshop are only available within Germany at the moment.  Online orders from other EU countries and third countries (for the propeller-shafts) are currently not possible in our onlineshop (display of an error message).

Shipment for shafts within Germany:

<31,5 kg weight and up to 1.20 m length = DHL

>31,5 kg weight and/or over 1.20 m length = freight forwarder

Shipping costs for shaft= 15 €/per pieces

Terms of payment

In our online store you have the option to choose between different payment methods:

PayPal

Simple, fast and secure - immediate receipt of payment - often ready for dispatch on the next working day.*

You pay for your order quickly and easily with PayPal: When you submit your order (order with obligation to pay), you are automatically transferred to the PayPal page, where you log in with your registered access data and complete the purchase with the corresponding payment. Take a look at our "Paypal pay later (Später bezahlen)" option: 

  • with a purchase value of up to €2000 - pay 30 days later or 
  • pay in instalments: choose between 3, 6, 12 and 24 months. Read more about this in the note under the sales price or at www.paypal.com. 

Your order is usually dispatched the next working day.

Bank transfer

Prepayment by bank transfer - ready for dispatch on receipt of payment.*

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email showing the total amount and our bank details. As soon as the payment amount has been credited to our account named below, the goods will be confortably shipped to the delivery address specified by you.
